People who were good communicators - They could communicate ideas and direction, responding to the people they were communicating with so as to clarify ideas and make their presentation better.

  • Knows when to say, "I don't know". (Humility?)
  • Ability to unify a team of vastly different personalities and skill sets. (sees differences as an advantage not a liability)
  • NEVER publicly blames one of their team for a mistake. (very uncool)

He was so excited about the work we were doing. It was more than just about the bottom line. He had a true passion for it and helped us find meaning in it.
