Today, I wound like to present about how to make the mushrooms. I think every one can make it. Around the world have a lot kind of mushrooms some kind can eat but some kinds is not.The most of mushroom that we eat is only a small number when compare with all of mushrooms in the earth. such as the black fungus, shiitake mushroom,and it is the specie of the fungus.

First of all that we needs to find the material and prepare the tool before making. 1. sow dust.

  2. Epsom salts (but some where don't use it).

  1. lime or calcium hydroxide.

the material

  1. plastic bag for fill sow dust after mixed up.
  2. stove for heating
  3. leavening of mushrooms
  4. a spade

If we use the sow dust 100 kg.

So use bran 6 kg.

The gypsum 1 kg.

The lame 2 kg.

The Epsom salts 0.2 kg.

Take all of above mix together until its look smooth

filling it in to plastic bag around 1 kg. per one bags.

Lets take the material that filled plastic bag already into a stove for heating to make it clean before put a mushroom starter in.

I really hope you can imagined about this because my English skill is not good. I will talk about it again next week because it still not finish yet.
