I'm writing from Global Health Corps (www.ghcorps.org), a fellowship program in global health that works in Malawi, Tanzania, Rawanda, Burundi, and the US. GHC places fellows in year long positions at on the ground global health organizations (like PIH, Clinton, etc).

The idea is to building a movement of multi-lateral service, that is, we put fellows in international teams of two (one local fellow and one international fellow)to help forge deep, international relationships.

Our applications for 2010 just opened, and we want to recruit for these fellowships in the best ways possible. Unfortunately, we are disproportionately recruiting Americans because most of the team members are American, and that's where most of our contact are.

Does anybody have recommendations on how we can get the word our to promising young professionals (in all disciplines) or recent grads globally?

Many thanks, Kacey
