Member/User

The term **member** is used to describe anyone who has joined the ned.com community by submitting their e-mail address and creating an account.

Members are able to read anything posted in any ned.com group. Group owners decide whether members must join their group before adding or editing content.

**Anonymous users** are people who have not created an ned.com account, but who choose to read the content that is publicly available. Group owners decide whether or not a group's discussions and workspace pages can be seen by anonymous users.
