This group is intended to provide an umbrella for discussion threads on International Relations and Politics.

In The Other Place extended threads on specific and sometimes controversial international issues became dispersed and there was no one point where members interested in exchanging ideas or debating current hot topics could pick up on all of the current discussion threads from one starting point.

This group is intended to rectify that problem .... or it may simply be the byproduct of my need to open tidy files even though I'm really hoping that the group will provide a focus for lively debate.
