I am Maureen Nakitende, a female Ugandan aged 30, holding professional ACCA qualification and a diploma in Business Studies of Makerere University Business School. Currently working as accountant with The Kids League Uganda.

While working with B.A.T Koboko, I gained the experience in the following areas:

Loan Disparch to Famers, Monitoring and Recovery to mention a few. currently responsible for the Preparation of Annual and periodic financial statements to different Donors,review transaction voucher forms for approval and disbursement,Prepare monthly bank reconciliations,Ensure financial management manual is updated on regular basis,Monitor all accounting records and bank accounts,Guiding District Project Accounts officers to maintain proper records keeping and financial reporting as required of the project and Carry out other duties as required by my supervisor.

on my work I have Directly made other people befit from financial management advice. That is, adviced loan beneficiaries on how to undertake profitable ventures. those who started small businesses, I have been available to them for I deas on financial management.I am also currently training District accounts officers on proper financial records keeping.
