What are the labor costs?
Who will be making the soap. Will it be just you or or others involved? How will the profit be divided?

Where will you make the soap? Is there any rent involved?

Will fuel (charcoal, gas??) be needed in the process.

This is a good start but we need to fine tune the business plan a little so we can project the profits and the sustainability of the program.
