Loan Discription:

Auma Beatrice was born in 1975 at Kirombe Alokolum. Her husband is called Vitu Usau. The Husband is a security Guard in Gulu town and through that he is paying the school fees and the family up keep. She has 02 kids and one is in school ( Primary 2).

Beatrice was born from a poor family and she was forced to give up her education at 14 years old when she was only in primary 5. She now wants her children to study hard as long as she is still alive so that that the circle of poverty can be broken from.

Beatrice was able to borrow some money from a friend to start a business selling second hand clothes. She was very happy that she started to make profit right away and she was able to repay her friend in only 2 months. The business continues but to increase the profits she needs to invest some capital in buying more stock to expand it. She will purchase the bundles of clothes in Kampala and sell them at the market in Gulu where there is good demand. She will also travel to outlying villages sometimes to sell the clothes at the month Auction that is held.

To finance the expansion, she is seeking a loan in the amount of 250,000. She will be able to repay this loan in 6 months.
