Online Project Champion
Congratulations Munnu Morrish for all your hard work on this proposal!

Gulu Soap Works started out as an idea Munnu championed at a global Omidyar.net community gathering that was held in Gulu in Feb. 2007. In a vote for the most fundable idea at that event, Munnu's project didn't win. But the idea didn't die, and Munnu didn't give up.
In the months since then, the global community of supporters who now gather at ned.com have excitedly offered ideas, guidance and moral support, while Munnu has learned everything he could about soap making and worked with Life in Africa community members in Gulu to fine-tune the community soap-making plan.
Feedback, kudos and friendly pokes to Munnu are definitely well deserved!
