I think that by working together as a community and seeing that community can lighten the load (many hands makes light work), by seeing that by sharing, they can have more opportunities than going it alone, by experiencing what the community can be, the newness and foreignness of it will vaporize.
Agreed, but who are they and how/when do we get them there to see that?
