I have been thinking about a fun impact generating idea for the ned community - if you are raising money from online revenue streams for your project, then heads up! Here's a simple opportunity for you.

The basic idea I'm looking to set up is this:

The discussion accompanying this workspace will be called "A Favorite Book b CAUSE" (refinements welcome!)

In that discussion we post reviews of our favorite reads, sharing with our friends here why we liked the book.

We link those titles to Amazon using the affiliate code for a cause we'd like to benefit from our friends' purchases of that book. (If anyone wants to suggest a better book affiliate program please do so!) BTW - No, I don't think any of us will get rich this way, but I'd like to share my favorite books with y'all anyway - this shares them in more ways than one! When you post your book review, you get to choose the cause and let folks know you're supporting it.

To get this started, I'd first like to collect a few amazon codes so that when I start sharing my own favorite reads I can direct those percentages to some of you. If you don't yet have an amazon affiliate code, you can sign up for one over here: https://affiliate-program.amazon .com/

I will work on building out instructions that people can follow for creating the links on this page. Any comments or additional ideas welcome - let's just dialogue at the bottom of this page for now.
