Great idea Margery!
I think the 1st order of business would be to settle on a theme. Our most recent workshop "The Paradox of Altruism" gave us the idea of 'how do we show up in Africa or developing countries?' but what would that look like? We need to flesh that out a bit.
Some local organizations to invite that come to mind quickly are Seed for Malawi, the Raging Grannies and their solar cookers for Lesotho [aside: I bought one for my mother for Christmas!], positively AFRICA ...
