Thank you Linda and John powers for the faburous comments. They are really wonderful.
John powers, i think a CV for each member will be very important as it will tell us who is capable of taking a role in a project. We are to look at that soon. I have a google account and it is working well for me. So i will give it a try on what you have told me. Otherwise thanks for your effort.
