I haven't taken the time to learn all the ways of editing pages here at Ned. But I do believe that the workspaces will be one of the best advantages of having a group for this project.

I thought about making a table for these people pages, and I still think that might be a good idea. But I'll have to think and learn, or maybe one of the members will make one here so we can all learn by their example.

It will be important for the Ugandan principals in this project to develop a good resume of curriculum vita. In the USA resumes are standard. They are a single page telling the most important information about a person for employment.

One reason I wanted a table is so that our strengths and weaknesses could be listed. Then together we can see what strengths the project has collectively and also see where we need to develop strengths.

For me I'm hard pressed to say what my strengths are, but I'm sure I have some strengths. Sometimes it's easier to see what strengths we have when other recognize them in us. It's also easy to be blind to our weaknesses. It's harder to take when others recognize our weaknesses, but valuable information nonetheless.

Here I would note kindness is an important value. When people are giving of themselves freely, it's always important to see that a gift is being given. It's not easy to be kind. Sometimes feeling are hurt, and very often feelings are hurt when there is no intention of offense. When working together, to be successful and to truly develop our strengths together, we must take feelings seriously.
