I am Teopista Akware, Ugandan by nationality. I have been a member of Life in Africa. I developed many interests having joined Life in Africa. First was learning the internet.

I also worked in a pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies which made me someone so much concerned with health. It has made wish for at least one of my children to be a professional in this area. At point, I thought of having a pharmacy at least to serve my community.

However, my major interest has also been business accounting. It makes me revise my books till date though I have not got the chance to work in this area. It is the kind of thing that does not bore me.

My biggest disappointment merged when I had of omidyar net closing. I felt like life had stopped. BUT today I want to thank the people who managed to have NED website designed in the same way. Great job!!
