I am a board certified plastic surgeon who had to close my last practice when patients 'quit coming' just before the economy 'tanked' in 2008-2009, and when I couldn't pay my bills I had paid with borrowed dollars, I had to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. During those dark years I finished a Masters in Health Administration and have been pulling myself back into the 'black' by working on Urgent Care centers for an hourly rate... I still have a fair amount of student loan payments left, and I hope my health doesn't give out before my willingness to work and pay back dissipates into despair...
